Get ready to celebrate Burns with us on Friday, January 29, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST. We’d love you to join us for our first-ever virtual Burns Celebration where we will be honoring Scotland’s National Bard Robert Burns.

We will be keeping some of the staple elements such as Addressing the Haggis, Burns Poetry, Pipers, and Toasts while mixing it up (literally) at the start of the event with a mix and mingle where you will get an opportunity to meet and catch-up with our Board Members and other attendees in our virtual breakout rooms.  BYO dram or order a Scottish Old Fashioned ahead of time (see details below). Then we will be closing the event in style with some upbeat Scottish music and Burns Tunes from local band The Shilleligans…can you guess the last song? 😉

If you are interested in sharing any Burns poems, stories, or toasts, please let us know in the additional comments section of the registration form and we will be in touch.

Note this event is free of charge, so invite your family, friends, and all those folk that have always wondered about Burns. If you would like to make a donation to the Society you may do so if you wish when registering for the event. Either way, we will be happy to have you! Note that you must be registered for the event to receive the Zoom link and it will be sent 24 hours after registering.
