2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

**NEW DATE AND LOCATION!**
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Michael’s Bar and Grill in Maplewood (7101 Manchester Ave, 63143).
Note that originally the 2023 AGM was scheduled for Thursday, September 21st, at CJ Muggs in Webster Groves. Unfortunately, CJ Muggs in Webster Groves closed its doors abruptly in mid-July and our meeting had to be rescheduled. Please note the new date and location.
Elections for the Board of Directors will be held at this meeting for the offices of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Attorney, Communications Director, and Member-at-Large positions.
Only members in good standing (having dues current as of both August 31st and election night) and physically present at the meeting will be permitted to vote – no absentee ballots permitted. If you intend to participate, please make sure that your membership is current.
Please join us before the meeting at 5:30 pm if you would like to order a dinner for yourself and enjoy some socializing and fellowship prior to the meeting at 7:00 pm.
Your participation in the election is critical in shaping the Society’s leadership into the future – we encourage you to vote! The the official election slate will be posted to our website soon, and can also be provided to Members via email, USPS, and upon request.
